Merit System
Every year Aga Khan University will take one intake in February. AKU has a transparent, merit-based admissions process. For Undergraduate admission take at least 60% Marks in the HSC premedical examination after that University can take the admission test If you cannot pass the admission test your name is not on the merit list. Who can pass the admission test then the university calls them for an interview.

Graduate Merit
Graduate Admission is based on academic merit and AKU admission test scores, interviews, experience, and plans.
Merit Calculation and Minimum Requirement of Test Score
After the Announcement of the test result, they call a candidate for an interview and then AKU displays the merit list on the notice board and website.
Fall and Spring Merit Waiting Lists of Selected Candidates
Aga Khan University is open admission for all qualified candidates. There are no reserved seats.
