Kabale University Ongoing Admissions For the 2024/2025 Academic Year

The Academic Registrar, of Kabale University, invites applications to the following postgraduate and undergraduate programs for the Year under a private sponsorship scheme.

Pay a non-refundable application fee of Shs.50,000/= (plus a bank charge) at any Stanbic Bank branch (A\C Number: 9030005669277) or any DFCU Bank branch (A\C Number: 1011011020000433) Obtain an application form and complete it.

Attach photocopies of their academic documents to the completed application form.

Return the applications to any of the following collection points:

ONLY applicants with official Transcripts/Result Slips and/or Certificates will be considered.

Applicants for postgraduate programmes and upgraders must attach certified copies of their Transcripts and/or Certificates.

Applicants holding international academic documents must also attach copies of equivalence documents obtained from the Uganda National Examinations Board or Uganda National Council for Higher Education, as the case may be.

Kabale University, KAB Application Procedure

Kabale University, KAB offers undergraduate courses at Diploma levels besides those offered at undergraduate levels. Prospective students should apply by filling the application forms before the deadline date as it is communicated by the Admissions office. Late applications are only accepted if the program space allows. These should be received not later than two weeks after the start of the appropriate semester; OR not later than a week after the beginning of a session. The admission procedure includes the Master’s Program applicants.

Once you submit your form, you must pay the application fee for your form to be processed. Otherwise, it will not be processed.

DIPLOMA HOLDERS’ GOVERNMENT SPONSORSHIP SCHEME
Applications from Diploma Holders for admission under Government Sponsorship scheme for the Academic Year in the following degree programmes:

Government sponsorship is for Ugandans, and applicants should possess the following:

At least a relevant second-class or credit diploma (or equivalent) from a recognised institution
UACE with at least one principal pass and two subsidiary passes obtained at the same sitting (or equivalent)
UCE with at least five passes obtained at the same sitting (or equivalent)
