The Academic Registrar of St. Mary’s Hospital Lacor Health Training Institute hereby invites applications from suitably qualified persons of both “O” & “A” levels for admission in the following courses for the academic year, July intake.

Diploma Courses	Minimum Entry Qualification
MidwiferyNursingLaboratory	Certificate in the respective course applied for Registered with a Professional body must have worked for at least 2 years for a nurse/midwife Principle Pass in Biology a subsidiary in Chemistry for direct entry for Laboratory.
Higher Diploma Course	Minimum Entry Qualification
Anaesthesia	Diploma in Nursing, Midwifery or Clinical Medicine and Community
Certificate courses	Minimum Entry Qualification
Midwifery NursingTheatre Techniques Laboratory Techniques	Passes in English, Maths, Biology, chemistry and PhysicsMust be 18 Years and above

In case of students who had their secondary education outside Uganda, their papers should be taken to be equated from Uganda National Examination Board (UNEB).

Application form can be picked from the office of academic registrar or downloaded from the hospital website at https://www.lacorhospital.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/HTI-Aplication-form.pdf upon payment of UGX 42, 300/=for certificate courses and UGX 52,300/= for diploma courses. This caters for the application form and interviews.

Date line for returning the form will be 28/03/2024 and interview is scheduled for 03/04/2024 starting at 8.00 am in the school campus.

There is no interview for Diploma in Anaesthesia but admission fee is UGX 63,200/=

Those who were shortlisted for admission in December 2022 should pick their admission letters.
