The Academic Registrar of Kyambogo University invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the under-listed programmes offered by Kyambogo University. Students admitted will start their studies on Saturday 4th August.
The applicants eligible for admission to the Postgraduate Diploma, Master’s degree, and Doctoral programs at the University must possess prerequisite qualifications (academic and professional) as prescribed in the advertisement.
Procedure of Application
Applicants should fill out the online application form from the website www.admissions.kyu.ac.ug. On submitting the form, printout a pay slip and pay a non-refundable application fee of Uganda shillings 50,000/= (Ugandan, Kenyans, Tanzanians, Rwandese, Burundian & South Sudanese applicants) and Uganda Shillings 75,000/= (International applicants) excluding bank charges at any DFCU Bank/ Eco Bank/Stanbic Bank in Uganda.
The deadline for receiving online applications is Friday 27th April. Certified copies of your academic documents and three passport-sized photographs should be submitted to Kyambogo Graduate School immediately after filling out the electronic application forms. Applicants who may find difficulties in applying online should seek help from the Graduate School.

How do I get admission letters for Kyu?
The admissions office has dispatched admission letters to faculties and schools hence the fresh students can pick them from their respective faculty or school Registrar’s office. The requirements to pick these letters include O’level pass slip, A’level pass slip, former school ID and transcript for students upgrading.
