Please note that payment for initial review is compulsory for research submitted to the CIUREC for ethical review and approval.

If the researcher needs the process of review to be accelerated/speeded up (expedited review), an additional fee should be paid as indicated in the table on the previous page.
Also, note that annual review applies to ongoing approved studies that exceed one (1) year.

Revisions and amendments apply to studies that have been approved but the researcher would like to include a few documents/concepts/ideas to the previous version submitted or approved by the Research Ethics Committee (REC).
