DIPLOMA IN NURSING

THIS IS A 1 ½ YEAR STUDY PROGRAM. THIS PROGRAM TARGETS CERTIFICATE-LEVEL ENROLLED MIDWIVES AND ENROLLED NURSES, WISHING TO ADVANCE THEIR EDUCATION

REQUIREMENTS FOR DNE INCLUDE;

Registration with the Nursing Council
Certificate in midwifery or Nursing
Valid Practicing License

One must have two years of working experience after qualification at the certificate level. One must also have registered themselves with the National Council.

DIPLOMA IN MIDWIFERY

THIS IS A 1 ½ YEAR STUDY PROGRAM. THIS PROGRAM TARGETS CERTIFICATE LEVEL ENROLLED MIDWIVES AND ENROLLED NURSES, WISHING TO ADVANCE THEIR EDUCATION

REQUIREMENTS FOR DME INCLUDE;

Certificate in midwifery or Nursing

CERTIFICATE IN NURSING

Kuluva School of Nursing and Midwifery offers Certificate in Nursing (CN ) for a period 2 ½ years examined by Uganda Nurses and Midwifery Examination.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT

The minimum entry requirement for this program is an “O” Level Certificate with credits in the following subjects: Mathematics, English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics
